Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website (www.printguys.nz), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, as well as any additional guidelines, policies, or terms that may appear on specific pages or in relation to certain services. These additional terms are incorporated into this agreement by reference.

Print Guys may update or change these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. We recommend reviewing them regularly to stay informed.

You also agree that we may provide notices or communications to you electronically – either by posting them on our website or, where applicable, emailing you using the address you provided. If you choose to withdraw your consent to receive communications electronically, you will need to discontinue use of your account.

Jurisdiction and Governing Law

All transactions conducted via www.printguys.nz or by phone are governed by the laws of New Zealand. By using this site, you agree that any disputes will be handled under New Zealand law and within New Zealand jurisdiction.

Orders and Pricing

All orders are subject to acceptance by Print Guys. We reserve the right to reject any order at any stage. Pricing is subject to change without notice, even after an order is placed, where required to reflect material or supply changes.

Payment Terms

If you choose to pay by credit card, a 1.95% surcharge will apply. If your credit card is declined, we will not proceed with processing your order.

Accounts that remain unpaid beyond the agreed payment terms may be placed on hold, and future orders may require payment in advance. If legal or collection action is required to recover overdue amounts, you agree to cover any associated legal fees, collection costs, and related expenses.

Returns and Claims

Due to the custom nature of print products, we do not accept returns once an order has been processed or shipped. Any issues relating to defects, shortages, or damages must be reported in writing within two (2) business days of receiving your order.

If a replacement is approved, it will be arranged only once the original goods have been returned and reviewed. Replacements will not be issued where goods have been misused, handled incorrectly, or partially used.

Warranty

Print Guys does not offer explicit or implied warranties beyond replacing defective items where appropriate. Any replacement or credit is at our sole discretion.

Shipping

All orders are shipped FOB Auckland, meaning ownership of the goods transfers to you once the job leaves our premises.

We will do our best to recommend the most reliable courier and shipping option to get your finished products delivered on time, but we are not liable for delivery delays, damage, or loss once the goods are in transit. All shipping and handling costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Limitation of Liability

Print Guys is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to financial loss, production delays, or reputational damage. You agree to indemnify Print Guys against any claims arising from your supplied content, including but not limited to alleged infringement of copyright, trademarks, or privacy rights.

Cancellations and Refunds

Orders may not be cancelled once they have entered production. We do not issue refunds for orders that have already been processed, printed, or shipped.
